The author of the contents of Clarity is Gennaro Romagnoli, Piscologist, Piscotherapist, Popularizer and great meditation expert, who has appeared on mass media and national publications such as Rai 1, Canale 5, la Repubblica, il Mattino, Cosmopolitan, Donna Moderna, StarBene and Psicologia Contemporary.
To introduce you to meditation with Gennaro's "scientific" method, hence the name Scientific Meditation, you will find a free 10-day course that teaches you how to meditate correctly quickly and easily.
The guided meditations will guide you step by step in practice, while the theoretical part will allow you to learn the basics to meditate correctly and obtain the benefits discovered by science.
In addition to the 10-day scientific meditation course, you will find the sections:

- empowerments
- paths (self-esteem, resilience, habits and others)
- daily gratitude diary
Some content of all these sections you will find some free content, and some paid.
To access all the contents present in the application it is necessary to activate a paid subscription with a monthly or annual formula.
In the settings menu you can:
- set a daily reminder notification at the time you want
- consult the "Support" section with technical questions and the most common on meditations
- change your email address and password
- manage your subscription
- log in to the proposal board to request new content from Gennaro to be included in the app, and vote on the proposals of other users

SUBSCRIPTION PRICES AND CONDITIONS
Some of the audio and sections present in Clarity are "locked" (indicated by the padlock icon and transparent colour).
In order to access all the contents, Clarity offers two types of subscription:
- €9.99 with monthly automatic renewal
- €89.99 with annual automatic renewal (€7.49 per month)
Prices are expressed in Euros and valid for Italian users. If there is another currency in your country, the price will be converted based on the current conversion rate.
Both plans include a one-week free trial, after which the plan amount will automatically be charged to your iTunes account. Depending on the plan chosen, the subscription automatically renews monthly or annually, but can be canceled at any time within 24 hours of the expiration of the next renewal, in the "Subscriptions" section in the iTunes account settings by turning off the automatic renewal. If you do so before the expiration, you will still have access to all content until your next renewal date. The amount is charged to your iTunes account automatically, as soon as it is paid, otherwise you will receive a payment error notification and you will have a short period of time to resolve the payment correctly, at the end of which otherwise you will lose access to the contents. If you activate your subscription before the end of your trial period, the remaining days of the trial will be forfeited.
